Two articles excellent overview articles are on reserve from CQ Researcher. They can count as a database source for anyone who wishes to cite them.
SEARCH STRATEGY
Step 1

Highlight or underline key search terms in your assignment.

Think of appropriate synonyms for key terms

Search terms synonyms = solar energy, wind power, geothermal power

Choose the following databases from the NCS Upper School Library Web site
Step 2 Ebsco's Host

Make sure that you place a check mark in the full text part of the limit your search results part of the database before typing in your search terms.

Type appropriate search terms by combing them with the Boolean operator word and
Examples: solar power and statistics
wind power and research
fuels cells and advantages
Step 3 SIRS

By the Keyword/Natural Language place, place a black dot in the empty circle.

Click on Advanced Search and type in pertinent search terms. The Boolean operator and is already supplied. Remember to use the Boolean operators or, and not to search more precisely.
Examples : hydroelectric or hydropower

nuclear power or nuclear energy not weapons
