The mission and goals of the Upper and Lower School Libraries are translated into action through positive leadership, sound planning, and effective and efficient management of human and physical resources. Leadership is a crucial factor in creating a quality library program that is an integral part of the school curriculum. Our goals are as follows:

carefully selected and organized collections of diverse learning resources, including a wide range of subjects, levels of difficulty, formats and delivery systems
- materials outside the library center and school building through such mechanisms as the Internet, electronic networking, online databases and interlibrary loan and
- instruction in the operation of equipment and technologies necessary to use information in any format.

To provide resources and activities such as personalized reference assistance, term paper counseling, book displays, literary contests and booktalks that contribute to lifelong learning and information literacy.
