Printing in the MS/US Library

The easiest way to print in the library is to log into the NCS-LibDesk profile. From here, use one of the 3 library printers below:

  • PO51d
  • PO44d
  • PO90d

For color printing, choose PO87c. This printer is located in the Middle School Tech room in the Scott Hall wing of the Woodley North building.


Printing From Historical New York Times

The Historical New York times incudes a variety of scanned New York Times newspapers. Due to the size of the original scans, printing these documents in a readable format may be problematic. For best results when printing from the Historical New York Times, use the directoins below:


Printing Map Viewer Documents in the Library

The Map Viewer program is only available on the NCS-GeoDesk profile. Unfortunately, printing to the library printers from these profiles is complicated. Instead, we recommend you export the files as a .pdf, save them to your network folder, log out of NCS-GeoDesk, log into NCS-LibDesk, and then print the files on one of our printers.
