- To maintain a consistently trained, highly motivated professional library staff who are personally responsive to all users.
- To provide students and faculty with access to information through well-planned and stimulating learning activities and course-related library instructional units.
- To teach information and digital literacy skills through resource-based instructional units in grades 4-12.
- To furnish access to information through:
- carefully selected and organized collections of diverse learning resources, including a wide range of subjects, levels of difficulty, formats and delivery systems
- To provide resources and activities such as personalized reference assistance, term paper counseling, book displays, literary contests and booktalks that contribute to lifelong learning and information literacy.
